Headaches
Most people describe a headache as being a “migraine” or say that they have been diagnosed with “migraines” and think that the only solution is medication. While medication may help, migraines and most headaches have a considerable causative component arising from areas of the upper neck. There is a lot that can be done by a skilled manual physical therapist to alleviate the contributing factors that arise from the upper neck area.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Joint Mobilization
• Localized Quick Stretches
• Myofascial Release
• Upper Neck stabilization/Strengthening Exercises
