Your shoulders are the most mobile and potentially unstable joints in the body.  Shoulder pain may be localized or felt in areas around the shoulder and down the arm.

Causes can be age-related, overuse, strain, repetitive motion, and improper technique during activity or sports injury.  Most shoulder problems involve soft tissues, muscles, ligaments and tendons.  Our goal is to decrease pain and improve function.

I was experiencing shoulder and arm pain for the past two months. With one treatment I was relieved and able to drive without any discomfort.
